Our trailers are inspected before and after each rental. We do a walk around with the customer upon delivery of the trailer and another inspection upon return. Our trailers are cleaned and inspected thoroughly every week. All suspension, wiring, brakes and tires are inspected during this process as well.

No need to worry! Our customers safety is our #1 priority. If you damage a trailer then simply get in contact with us as soon as possible. Communication Is key!

When you return a rental, we will do a walkthrough together. At this point we will discuss any damage. Before you take possession of the trailer, we walk around and take a high definition video of everything in order to assure our trailers are in good working order. This ensures that you are never charged for damage you did not cause.

We will ask just to make sure that the trailer can handle it, we would also like pictures of whatever you haul to add to our gallery!

Yes we do! We offer free delivery within a 25 mile radius of Goodlettsville, TN. We do charge $2.50 a mile for delivery and/or pickup past the 25 mile radius.

Anyone 18 years or older is allowed to rent from us. As long as you have a valid drivers license and insurance you can rent any of our trailers!

Yes, a $150 security deposit will be charged upon pickup/delivery of the rental. This will be immediately returned upon completion of the rental after the inspection is complete

Yes, in the state of Tennessee, the drivers insurance policy extends to the trailer.

You are more than welcome to use your own hitch but we have hitches available for rent at a small fee.

No need to worry! Just give us a call as soon as you don’t think you’ll make it in time so we can plan accordingly. There will be a late fee charged, unless you extend the trailer before the designated time is up.
